How do u save gba,snes,nes games on itouch?

I have a ziphone 1.1.4 jailbroke iPod touch and lots of ROMs but how do I save my game when I’m done playing? Step by step would be nice but all answers are apreciated. Oh and the emulators I need to know about are the gba,snes,and nes.

unfortunateley there is no way to save nes except when your playing and you push the home button then hit the nes app and it puts you to where you were at least it did for me on super mario bros 3. You can save pokemon gba rom by pushing start then save and then wait until its saved. Thats all i know. Do not update gpsphone if you have pokemon saved because you lose your data
